Grotech Promotes DeVries
Early stage venture capital investor Grotech Ventures, which has invested in such local firms as HiveLive, LogRhythm, Collective Intellect, Skyetek, and Aztek Networks, said Wednesday that it has named Lawson DeVries to the position of Principal at the company. DeVries has worked with Aztek Networks, Clarabridge, Collective Intellect, First Service Networks, LogiXML, LogRhythm, Sagittarius Brands, TRAFFIQ, and Zenoss, and has been a VP at Grotech since 2008. He joined Grotech--which is based in Virginia--in 2005. DeVries sits on the RMVCA's Venture Capital in the Rockies Conference Committee, as well as the Colorado State University Investment Advisory Committee.
