Phoenix-based iLinc, a provider of web and video conferencing services, has linked up with Salesforce.com's AppExchange, the company said this morning. iLinc said it has rolled out a new product called iLinc for Salesforce CRM, which combines its web collaboration and conferencing technology with Salesforce.com's customer relationship management system. The new webinar software ties data into customer records within Salesforce. Pricing on the new software was not announced.
