Boulder-based SimpleGeo, a firm developing software for location-based infrastructure, has raised $195,000 in a debt funding round, according to a recent regulatory filing by the firm. Source of the funding was not disclosed, although the filing indicates that there were 7 investors involved. The firm was founded by Joe Stump and Matt Galligan.
