The Fuel Team Acquired By PR Newswire
Denver-based website software firm The Fuel Team has been acquired by news release firm PR Newswire, PR Newswire said this morning. The Fuel Team develops the software used by PR Newswire for its online newsroom and investor tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to PR Newswire, The Fuel Team co-founders Dee Rambeau, Karen Meyer, and Jason Keller are joining the firm; the company will also offer the rest of The Fuel Team's staff positions at the company.
