Mocapay Signs Food Retailer
Boulder, Colo.-based mobile payment platform publisher Mocapay revealed Monday that it has signed a regional snack food retailer as a client. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Mocapay said it will provide Doc Popcorn, which retails all-natural popcorn at key venues throughout Colorado, with a mobile gift card program at its Cherry Creek Mall location in Denver. According to Mocapay, Doc Popcorn's branded "Pop' 'In" program will enable account holders to use their mobile phones to conduct point-of-sale transactions, access their transaction histories, refill their account balances and locate participating Doc Popcorn locations.
