Filtrbox Upgrades Branding, Help Features
Boulder-based Filtrbox, the venture-backed provider of online news, blog, and social networking monitoring services, told its users today that the firm has put out a new release of its software. The firm, which is backed by Flywheel Ventures and True Ventures, said that it has updated its service to use Adobe's new Flash 10 technology; in addition, the firm said that customers can now put their own logos on their reports, briefings, and dashboards, and easily open support tickets via the web, among other upgrades.
