Control Medical Gets Funding
Park City-based Control Medical Technology, a medical device manufacturer developing an aspiration platform to remove fluids, tissue, thrombus and other pathology in medical procedures, said it has raised a Series A financing. The firm said the funding was led by Spring Bay Ventures, and also included other funding from medical device manufacturers, global distributors, and investors. Amount of the investment was not disclosed. The firm's founding team comes from Pinyon Medical Technology.
