CSG Systems Extends Cox Deal
Englewood, Colorado-based CSG Systems, a provider of outsourced customer service for the cable industry, disclosed Thursday that the firm has extended its business relationship with Cox Communications through December 31, 2011. The financial impact of the three year contract was not disclosed. CSG Systems said it has served Cox for more than 10 years; the contract extension covers printing and mailing of billing statements, customer letters and refund checks, and other services.
