Solix Biofuels Raises More Funding
Fort Collins, Colorado-based Solix Biofuels, a developer of algae-based alternative energy technology, has raised an additional $6.3M in funding in a round of funding, according to a regulatory filing from the firm Thursday. According to the filing, the company has now raised $16.8M of an $18.11M funding round. The company announced the initial. $10.5M close of that funding round last November, with investments from I2BF Venture Capital, Bohemian Investment, Southern Ute Alternative Energy LLC, Valero Energy Corp., and Infield Capital.
