Unique Software Solutions Acquired By Nashville Firm
Colorado Springs-based Unique Software Solutions, a maker of software used for managing environmental, health, and safety operations, has been acquired. PureSafety, based in Nashville, Tennessee, did not disclose financial terms of the deal. PureSafety also develops online safety training and risk management software. PureSafety said that Unique Software Solutions will continue to operate from an office in Colorado Springs, and that the co-founders of the firm--Valerie Hunter and Michael Hunter--will remain involved in integrating the firms.
