ContentWatch Revs Internet Filtering Tool
Salt Lake City-based ContentWatch, a developer of Internet filtering and parental control software, said today that it has upgraded its Net Nanny software for Windows. Net Nanny is the firm's product used for parental monitoring of computer connections. Among upgrades of the software are ability to restrict PC games; analysis of instant messaging by children; access to social network profile reporting; and filtering of secure web sites, which are often used to bypass Internet filtering. ContentWatch said the Net Nanny 6.0 upgrade is available at the firm's web site and at local retailers for Windows XP and Vista.
