StorageCraft Technology Corp. revealed Wednesday that its ShadowProtect application will be embedded in a self-healing, continuous backup and recovery solution currently in development by LabTech. The financial impact of the partnership was not disclosed. StorageCraft explained that LabTech is including ShadowProtect in its management console to provide backup and disaster recovery. StorageCraft said the composite application, called the LabTech Backup and Recovery Solution, will monitor clients’ valuable systems and data while offering IT administrators the ability to remotely backup their files. StorageCraft is headquartered in Draper, Utah. LabTech is based in Toledo, Ohio.
