Limelight Wins Euro-Based Adserving Account
Web content delivery network provider Limelight Networks Inc. revealed Wednesday that a European digital advertising content distribution firm has licensed the LimelightDELIVER service. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Limelight said France-based Smart AdServer is using LimelightDELIVER to improve feed quality, manage peak online demand and decrease bandwidth costs. Founded in 2001, Smart AdServer offers adserving and digital marketing services to media agencies, ad networks and publishers. The company currently boasts more than 110 clients and 1,000 Web sites on four continents. Limelight Networks is headquartered in Tempe, Ariz.
