Symplified Joins Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado
Boulder-based Symplified, a provider of cloud computing software, said today that it has joined the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Colorado, the nonprofit charity organization that was founded by venture capitalist Brad Feld and others. The EFCO is based on allowing startup companies to donate equity to Boulder's Community Foundation, to support charities throughout Colorado. Symplified is venture backed by Granite Ventures and Allegis Capital, and is headed by the management team of Securant, which was acquired by RSA Security.
