Webroot Adds Three to Executive Staff
Security software publisher Webroot Software reported Wednesday that it has added three faces to its executive staff. Webroot said it has hired Nicholas Banks as managing director for the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa; Charles Heunemann as managing director in Australia; and Dennis Stoltenberg as vice president of human resources. The Boulder, Colo.-based business said Banks hails from global telecom provider 2Wire, where he helped drive that company’s European business and expansion. Webroot described Heunemann as a 25-year veteran of the IT scene who most recently served as managing director of Email Systems' Asia Pacific region. Email Systems merged with Webroot in November. Lastly, Webroot said Stoltenberg previously supervised human resources for desktop publishing powerhouse Quark Inc.
