Overstock.com Launches New Auto Buying Program
Salt Lake City-based closeout merchandise firm Overstock.com said Monday that the firm has launched a new, auto-buying program on the firm's web site. According to Overstock.com, the new site improves the car buying process for consumers, by connecting them with dealers who can offer upfront, discounted pricing. The new services are being powered by Zag, a Los Angeles-based provider of auto shopping, research, and pricing services. Overstock.com has operated a car buying site since early 2007.
