DirectPointe Acquires iTOK
Lindon, Utah-based IT outsourcing firm DirectPointe said today that it has acquired iTOK, a provider of remote PC management software. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. iTOK is based in Provo, Utah, and developed software for preventative and remote management of PCs. DirectPointe said the deal would bolster its remote management capabilities and open up new markets for the firm. The acquisition is the fourth for the firm this year.
