RightNow Technologies, a publisher of on-demand customer service software, reported today that it has released the latest version of its flagship customer relationship management application. Called RightNow November '07, RightNow said the revised offering includes support for 12 more languages, including Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian. The updated CRM now supports 33 languages and dialects, RightNow noted, and also comes with a novel knowledge syndication widget that should help operators syndicate and distribute dynamic content. RightNow added that the November '07 edition incorporates various Web 2.0 technologies that should translate to fresher page designs and improved navigation.
