PaySimple Gets Investments From Indian Firm
AurionPro Solutions Ltd., an India-based provider of electronic-payment and technology-consulting services, reported Wednesday that it has recently invested in PaySimple, a U.S.-based supplier of ASP-based financial services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, AurionPro said it has acquired a "strategic stake" in PaySimple, a seat on PaySimple's board of directors and a long-term development contract. Headquartered in Denver, PaySimple provides customized ASP solutions that include auto-recurring billing, electronic check processing, online payment functionality, ACH direct-debit, cash disbursement and credit card processing. AurionPro is headquartered in Mumbai. Its clients include HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank and UTI Bank.
