Software developer Me.dium revealed Monday that it has secured $15 million in Series B funding. Me.dium said Commonwealth Capital Ventures led the effort, with existing investors Spark Capital and Appian Ventures and individuals Brad Feld and Elon Musk also participating. Me.dium has raised $20 million since its founding in June 2006. The new funding will go toward infrastructure and toward launching its product later this year. Headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, Me.dium is developing an Internet browser extension that enables users to see what others are doing online and to interact with those individuals in real time.
