PC Tools Acquires Security Software, Opens Boulder Office
Sydney, Austrlia-based PC Tools, a maker of malware security software, said Tuesday that it has acquired a security software package from Novatix, a Boulder-based firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. PC Tools said it has acquired Cyberhawk, Novatix's flagship product, and will also establish a new advanced research office in Boulder. The product is used for malware detection.
