Level 3 Completes Broadwing Acquisition
Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications has completed its acquisition of Broadwing Corporation, the firm said yesterday. The deal is worth approximately $1.4B in cash and stock. The deal was originally announced in October. Austin, Texas-based Broadwing provides data, voice, and media services for enterprises and service providers.
