Oxlo Partners With AutoSoft
Broomfield, Colorado-based Oxlo Systems, a provider of integration tools for automotive dealer networks, said Tuesday that it has partnered with AutoSoft International, a provider of dealer management systems. Oxlo will provide integration services of AutoSoft's tools with Ford Motor Company's dealer communication system. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oxlo previously provided AutoSoft with connectivity in Hyundai's dealer systems. Oxlo is a provider of integration of dealer software and businesses with automotive manufacturers, and is backed by Appian Ventures and Mobius Venture Capital.
