Intermap Signs US Department of Ag
Denver, Colorado-based Intermap Technologies has signed a contract with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Intermap said this week that the contract is worth $1.3M, and covers providing digital elevation data to the department. The NRCS provides soil surveys for federal, state, and local governments. Intermap is a provider of geospatial data for the GIS and other industries.
