Insurance Technology Provider Buys Envision Technology Solutions
Columbus, Ohio-based Peak Performance this morning announced the acquisition of Salt Lake City, Utah-based Envision Technology solutions. Envision is a provider of software for the insurance industry, in the areas of risk management, claims administration, and safety. Financial terms were not disclosed. Envision's software includes web-based incident reporting, claims management, and outsourced insurance database functions.
