Salt Lake City, Utah-based Mediaport has inked a major deal with NBC Agency, the in-house promotion and marketing services arm of NBC Universal. NBC Agency and Mediaport said this afternoon that customers of Mediaport's music download kiosks will now see advertising content from NBC, promoting programs from NBC's Late Night, NBC News, and MSNBC. The firms said that the promotional content will start appearing on Mediaport's kiosks immediately. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Mediaport is a provider of point-of-sale kiosks that allow customers to buy music, video, and games.
