Limelight Raises Offering Price
Tempe, Arizona-based content delivery network (CDN) provider Limelight Networks has raised the offering range on the firm's initial public offering. The firm disclosed Wednesday afternoon in a filing with the SEC that it currently estimates that it will offer 14,400,000 shares of its stock at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The firm had earlier estimated an offering range for its IPO of $10.00 and $12.00 per share. Limelight has been approved for listing on the Nasdaq as LLNW.
