LifeLock Shuffles Executive Positions
Tempe, Arizona-based LifeLock, the venture-backed provider of identity theft protection servies, said Monday that it has made a number of executive changes. The firm said that it has added the title of President to Andy Corbin, the firm's COO; hired Rich Rzasa as Chief Information Officer; and appointed CEO Todd Davis as Chairman of the firm's board. Rzasa was most recently at TD Waterhouse, where he was Vice Chairman and Chief Information Officer. LifeLock is venture backed by Goldman Sachs, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, and Bessemer Venture Partners.
