Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 said this morning that it is in a mult-year agreement with Time Warner Cable, to enhance Time Warner's national network, providing core infrastructure services to Time Warner. Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. The two said they have also agreed to exchange P traffic between their backbones.
