LANDesk Updates Service Desk Software
Salt Lake City-based LANDesk Software, which develops IT management software, said this week that it has made a "significant upgrade" to its LANDesk IT Service Management Solution. According to the firm, the newly updated software provides is the "next generation" of its product, and includes new self service enhancements, remote management via LANDesk Web Desk, new corporate themes, and more. LANDesk provides its software to enterprises, who use it to manage their PC deployments.
