IT Solutions Provider Opens Denver Call Center, Has Big Hiring Plans
An Atlanta-based IT Solutions provider, Cbeyond said today that it has opened up a new call center in Denver, in the Denver Tech Center. Cbeyond, which serves small businesses with IT and communications services, said it employs 26 service technicians in Denver, with a plan to grow to employ 200 over the next several years. The firm said the new center will provide service to its West coast customer base, and also will provide operational redundancy with its primary facility in Atlanta. The firm said it is actively looking for employees at the new facility.
