IntelliCyt Scores $7.4M For Life Sciences Tools

Albuquerque, New Mexico-based IntelliCyt, a developer of a high throughput, cell screening system for the drug discovery, antibody discovery, and immunology markets, said Thursday that it has raised $7.4M in a funding round. The funding included $5.4M in equity and $2M in debt. The funding was led by Arboretum Ventures, and also included Prolog Ventures, Verge Fund, and New Mexico Community Capital. The debt portion of the funding came from Oxford Finance. IntelliCyt is led by R. Terry Dunlay.
