Critchfield joins the firm from Velosum, where he was COO. Critchfield also has served at DealerTrack Holdings, Arkona, Manage.com,Legato, Vinca, Novell, Corel, and WordPerfect. InsideSales.com's products are used in conjunction with salesforce.com to respond to web leads.
