Infusionsoft, a publisher of marketing automation software for small businesses, reported Tuesday that it has hired Jo Anne Ravielli as vice president of customer service and support. In this role, Infusionsoft said, Ravielli will focus on developing service tools, metrics and programs to ensure a positive experience for the company’s customers. Infusionsoft described Ravielli as a customer service operations veteran who has implemented customer service solutions for the software application support, health care, tourism, e-commerce, retail and mortgage lending sectors. Headquartered in Gilbert, Ariz., Infusionsoft is a privately held company backed by Mohr Davidow Ventures.
