Salt Lake City-based Infopia, a developer of e-commerce software, said Wednesday that the firm has created what it calls a new "Transact Customer Support" team, focused on providing tiered support to its customers. According to Infopia, the new support team will support a knowledge base and portal, as well as be available via toll-free phone. The company did not disclose the size of the new team, or how it differs from its prior customer support efforts.
