InfoNow Raises $1.5M in Convertible Round

Denver-based InfoNow, a developer of sales channel and inventory data management software, has raised $1.5M in a new funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm. The round was made up of $1.492M in convertible notes and warrants to purchase 1M shares of the firm's common stock. Source of the funding was not announced, however, the firm is backed by Sequel Venture Partners, Sevin Rosen Funds, and Vedanta Capital, who all continue to hold board seats at the company.
