inContact Wins Expansion
Salt Lake City-based inContact, which develops cloud-based customer service and call center management, said this morning that it has scored an expansion deal with an existing customer, to expand the use of the company's products across multiple business units. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. inContact said its existing, Fortune 500 customer will expand use of its products to an additional 800 agents. inContact is led by Paul Jarman.
