inContact Wins Customer
Salt Lake City-based inContact, a developer of call center software and agent management tools, said today that one of the firm's Fortune 500 customers has expanded its use of the firm's products. inContact, which did not disclose the name of the customer, said the customer is using its call routing products. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. inContact said that the customer has more than 34,000 agents using its software. inContact's software is used for automated call routing and for managing call centers.
