Salt Lake City, Utah-based inContact revealed Thursday that it has signed an international outsourced contact center as a client. Name of that contact center, nor was the financial impact of the customer win disclosed. inContact, which provides hosted contact center software and agent optimization tools, said it will provide the new customer with coaching and e-learning utilities for up to several thousand agents. According to inContact, the client boasts more than 25,000 agents in more than 25 countries, including the United States.
