inContact Sees Win With Online Retailer
Salt Lake City-based inContact, the developer of cloud-based, contact center management software, reported a big win today with an un-nnamed, e-commerce company. inContact said that the major retailer is moving 650 of its agents to its platform, and hopes to have more than 2,000 domestic agents and up to an additional 3,000 agents on inContact's software after opening up a Philippines contact center in 2016. Financial impact of the win was not announced. inContact is led by Paul Jarman.
