Salt Lake City-based inContact, which develops call center software-as-a-service, said today that it has been selected by a leading marketing and customer acquisition firm. Name of the company and financial details of the deal were not announced. inContact said the new customer helps customers find, compare, and order Internet, TV, phone and other digital services. inContact provides interactive voice response (IVR) software and services.
