inContact Adds New Customer
Salt Lake City-based inContact, which develops call center management software, reported this morning that it has added a new customer in the healthcare market. The firm said it been selected by a regional healthcare delivery network, to power patient scheduling, billing, and nurse consultation departments. Name of the provider, and size of the win, was not announced by the company. inContact is headed by Paul Jarman, and develops software to help call centers manage their operations.
