Boulder, Colorado-based HiveLive, a developer of social networking and community software, has launched a new tool which it says will help markets test concepts online. HiveLive said its new product will help companies conduct online market research, and gather feedback from its customers. The new tool is part of HiveLive LiveConnect, and allows administrators of communities to post questions and gather answers and opinions about those questions, including the ability to accept both open ended and multiple choice answers.
