Fusion-io Shuffles Execs, Names Former HP CTO As CEO
Salt Lake City-based flash storage firm Fusion-io is in a big management shakeup this morning, saying that it has named Shane Robison as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. Robison replaces CEO and President David Flynn, which the company says has resigned to "pursue entrepreneurial investing activities." As part of the shuffle, co-founder Rick White also has resigned from his post as Chief Marketing Officer, although the company said that Flynn and White will continue to remain on the company's board of directors. Robison was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Technology Officer of Hewlett-Packard.
