Cypress Semiconductor Corp. announced Monday that it has completed its tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of Simtek Corp.'s common stock. Cypress announced that it was acquiring Simtek for $46M in August. Cypress said its tender offer for the Colorado Springs, Colo.-based manufacturer of integrated memory products expired at midnight Friday. Cypress noted that about 83.9 percent of Simtek's issued and outstanding shares were tendered. Headquartered in San Jose, Calif., Cypress manufactures mixed-signal integrated circuits.
