Allegiance Licenses Platform to Assisted Living Chain

South Jordan, Utah-based Allegiance Inc., a supplier of hosted customer feedback software and related consulting services, revealed Wednesday that a nationwide assisted living service will use an Allegiance platform to manage and measure employee and resident feedback. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Allegiance said its Engage platform will provide Emeritus Senior Living with a repository for any resident and employee feedback, including content that is received from the Web, the mail or by phone. Emeritus currently operates 289 assisted living centers in 36 states. Allegiance said Emeritus plans to deploy the Engage platform in its West region.
