    O'Neil Group Acquires Braxton Technologies

The O'Neil Group Co., a Colorado Springs, Colo.-based organization that specializes in strategic acquisitions, announced Monday that it has acquired Braxton Technologies Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The O'Neil Group said Braxton will now operate as Braxton Technologies LLC but will continue to offer products and services for the development and operation of command-and-control systems. Its flagship product, the ACE Premier suite, provides various configurable applications, tools and simulators that reduce cost and accelerate deployment of command-and-control systems. Founded in 1994, Braxton is also based in Colorado Springs. The company maintains offices in Pleasanton, Calif., and Melbourne, Fla., as well.
