Control4 Raises $20M
Salt Lake City-based Control4 disclosed a $20M investment round in the firm, a company spokesperson confirmed with Techrockies today. According to the firm, the investment round in the company actually closed on February 8th. The round was led by Foundation Capital, and brings the company's total raised to over $80M. Control4 is a developer of home automation hardware products, used for controlling lights, home appliances, entertainment, and other electronics. The funding was first disclosed by VentureBeat.
