ESS Opens Sales, Support Office in Beijing ESS, a publisher of crisis management and enterprise sustainability software, reported Sunday that it has expanded its operations into Asia with the opening of an office in Beijing. ESS said the new business unit, ESS China, will offer the company’s software platform to organizations in China and throughout the Asia Pacific region. ESS explained that its China office will enable it to better market and support its products in an area where it already has a strong client base, including global energy heavyweights PetroChina and China National Petroleum Co. ESS is headquartered in Tempe, Ariz., and maintains offices in Denver; Houston; Washington D.C.; Calgary, Alberta; and Beijing. posted on Monday, March 24, 2008
