Raytheon Oakley Systems Partners For Data Leak Tool
Salt Lake City-based Raytheon Oakley Systems, a provider of data leak prevention tools, said earlier this week that it has partnered with Kazeon Systems. The two firms said that Kazeon has integrated Raytheon Oakley's data leak prevention software with Kazeon's eDiscovery software. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. The deal also calls for Raytheon Oakley to resell Kazeon's Information Server product. Raytheon Oakley -- which was formerly Oakley Networks before its purchase by Raytheon in October of last year -- develops software used to prevent the copying of data from companies and other organizations.
